Regularly scheduled air conditioning maintenance in Florida is one of the smartest decisions you can make. It comes with lots of real benefits for your AC system, including higher reliability, a potentially increased life span and energy savings on your monthly electric bills. Also, it keeps your valuable manufacturer’s warranty active, which supports you in case a key part fails during the warranty period.

During a tune-up and inspection, our professionals will examine your system and ensure it’s cooling efficiently. They’re also testing and looking for any small issues to correct, that could’ve potentially become big problems in the future.

During Your Maintenance Service Appointment:

  • Tightening electrical connections. This ensures your system is working safely

  • Lubricating parts. When your system isn’t lubricated, friction from moving parts can cause it to stop working more often or more quickly.

  • Cleaning the condensate drain line. Cleaning this line takes care of mildew and clogs, which can cause leaks.

  • Cleaning the condenser coil and evaporator coil. These coils turn dirty over time, limiting airflow and the capacity to absorb heat.

  • Straightening coil fins. Aluminum fins on the coils can bend and reduce airflow.

  • Examining system controls. This makes sure your system is starting, running and shutting down appropriately.
